Welcome to Casa Centenária, a house over 120 years old, restored and preserved with great care. It is located within a large property, surrounded by nature, with the sounds of water and many birds around. It's a place to slow down, enjoy the greenery, and spend quality time.
The house accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, barbecue, and spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
At 120 years old, this century-old house preserves the original charm of the old farm where it is located. It sits in the heart of the Lageado neighborhood, opposite the Lageado Waterfall and surrounded by gardens, lakes, araucaria trees, and lush nature. It is a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and wanting to connect with trails, water, wildlife, and landscape.
